Build a Dining Hall for Ngarenaro Secondary School in Tanzania

Menlo Drama Gives Back is currently collecting donations for to help build a dining hall for the Ngarenaro Secondary School in Arusha, Tanzania.

We're on a mission to transform the Ngarenaro community in Tanzania, and we need your help to make it happen! Thanks to the generosity of donors like you, we've already made significant strides in our project. Through bake sales, donors, and fundraising we raised $15,000 to successfully construct a much-needed kitchen for Ngarenaro secondary school, providing essential resources for over 2000 eager students. Now, we're embarking on the next phase: building a dining hall. Your contribution will help us achieve our $17,500 goal, completing the essential infrastructure that will not only nourish bodies but also further foster connections and community spirit. Once we accomplish this goal, the children of Ngarenaro Secondary school will have food prepared for them in a traditional kitchen which they will enjoy indoors, sitting down at  dining tables.

MENLO DRAMA GIVES BACK

The Menlo Drama Department strives to ‘Give Back’ both on and off stage. Through donations during our productions, we encourage public support for both national and international programs benefiting people affected by health, wellness, and community issues. Menlo Drama Gives Back has raised and distributed over $60,000 to charities globally. The cast of Mean Girls has chosen to support this project organized by the Menlo School students Jordana and William Lenihan.
